Control Line Protectors

NeOz offer a wide range of Centralizer control Line Protectors and Clamps for FOS, ESP cable, control lines and injection lines. Protectors reduce risk of damage to the control line as well as in some cases provide the centralization as well. These insure that all tensile and compressive forces are absorbed by the clamps thus protecting the control line.

NeOz custom designs these for the specific requirement of the customer which includes 1,2,3,4 or 5 channels in one protector flat, round, or square cables.

The three widely used types are:

Centralizer Protector: NeOz Centralizer protectors are unique Centralizers with an inbuilt feature of control line protectors. They offer the best centralization along with the protection of your expensive FOS. These are available in unique lock system which does not require any pneumatic gun for installation.

Mid joint Protector: NeOz Mid-joint protectors are used along with NeOz Cross coupling protectors or Centralizer protectors. These are installed "mid joint" on the tubing and used to protect virtually any configuration of control lines or cables in the well. The Clamps use a compressive fit design to accommodate tubing as per API spec and securely engage the cable or lines to the tubing. These are available in unique lock system which does not require any pneumatic gun for installation.

Cross Coupling Protector: NeOz Cross Coupling Protector are used to protect any configuration of ESP cables, control lines or encapsulated lines in the wellbore. These use channels to shield control lines as they transit across the coupling to prevent damage during installation or retrieval of completions. These are available in unique lock system which does not require any pneumatic gun for installation.
